Ingredients
8 cups kale
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Combine the kale, oil, nutritional yeast, onion powder, and garlic powder in a large bowl, and using your hands, toss to completely coat the kale.
Spread the kale in a single layer over a baking sheet and bake until the kale is crispy, 20 to 25 minutes.
