Drizzle a tablespoon of plain Greek yogurt over this bright orange soup before serving for a true crowd-pleaser! Ingredients
2 (15-ounce) cans pumpkin purée
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 cup coconut milk

2 scoops Bariatric Fusion Chicken Soup High Protein Meal Replacement
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Puree the ingredients in a blender. Alternately, mix together by hand. Pour into a medium-sized soup pot.
Bring the soup to a simmer over medium-high heat, then reduce to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
