Bariatric Recipes - Peach Cobbler Protein Shake
Peach Cobbler Protein Shake
Megan Koscinski, MS, RD
If you’re looking for a high-protein bariatric protein shake that tastes like peaches ‘n’ cream, this recipe is for you! With 27 grams of protein from 2 scoops of Bariatric Fusion Vanilla High Protein Meal Replacement, you won’t believe how easy it is to reach your daily protein goals.*
You need your favorite whey protein powder, lactose-free liquid, Greek yogurt, and peaches to create this easy bariatric protein drink. No need for any sweeteners – vanilla extract and cinnamon add a natural flavor that counterbalances the sweet peaches. If whey protein powder isn’t suitable for you, try a plant-based protein source, such as soy protein, for a complete amino acid profile similar to whey protein isolate.*
Next time you’re searching for recipes suitable for a liquid diet or need a no sugar added option after weight loss surgery, try this peach cobbler shake!*
