This bariatric protein shake recipe combines a scoop of vanilla and strawberry whey protein powder to provide a fusion of flavors and an easy way to support daily protein intake after metabolic and bariatric surgery.*
Plain Greek yogurt serves as a creamy base while adding a few extra grams of protein, and a mix of fresh blueberries and raspberries add a colorful touch. Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt

¼ cup raspberries

Directions
