Red Pepper Protein Hummus

A great option served with raw vegetables, whole grain crackers, used as a spread, or eaten as is (if you love hummus as much as I do!).
2 cups garbanzo beans, canned, drained
1/4 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice from concentrate
1/2 tsp minced garlic
4 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp cumin
1 scoop Bariatric Fusion Unflavored High Protein Meal Replacement
Add all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender until smooth.
Serve with a side of your choice.
