All you need:
- 2 scoops Bariatric Fusion Vanilla High Protein Meal Replacement
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or other milk substitute
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- (can add ice to thicken)
Mix in blender until smooth & enjoy!
