Ingredients
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

2 Tbsp. Bariatric Fusion Vanilla High Protein Meal Replacement
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a mug or ramekin until you get a paste consistency.
Microwave for about 1 minute. Time will vary depending on the microwave.
