Ingredients: ½ banana, mashed; 1 egg; ¼ cup PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter; ½ cup smooth peanut butter; ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt; 1 scoop Bariatric Fusion Vanilla High Protein Meal Replacement; 1 tbsp powdered sugar; ½ tsp butter extract; 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

Ingredients

½ banana, mashed
1 egg
¼ cup PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
½ cup smooth peanut butter
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 scoop Bariatric Fusion Vanilla High Protein Meal Replacement
1 tbsp powdered sugar
½ tsp butter extract
1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, mix the mashed banana with the egg and both peanut butter ingredients until smooth.
Scoop out 8 balls of the mixture and place them onto a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
In a small bowl, prepare the frosting by mixing the Greek yogurt, protein powder, powdered sugar, butter extract, and unsweetened almond milk.
Let the cookies cool completely, then spread the frosting over the top of each one. Enjoy!
