Ingredients
4-8 ounces low-sodium bone broth (chicken or vegetable)
-
2 scoops Bariatric Fusion Chicken Soup Protein Meal Replacement
Directions
Pour 4-8 ounces of chicken broth in shaker cup.
Heat for about 40 seconds in microwave (or until the broth reaches 140° F or less—protein will clump at high temperatures above 140° F).
Add chicken soup protein powder, give it a shake, and enjoy (be cautious when opening lid of shaker cup due to pressure from heat, may cause a mess).
