Mix 1 stick pack into 4 oz. of liquid. Some flavors taste great with milk or milk alternatives, others are best mixed in water, sports drinks, or soup broths. Stir or blend well and enjoy.
Do not add to liquids hotter than 140 °F.
For all Unjury flavors, do not use in liquids hotter than 140°F. Proteins, when heated, change their texture. For example, a raw egg changes texture when it is scrambled. If you add Unjury to a hot liquid, the protein will clump if the liquid is too hot. A food thermometer is the best way to get the temperature just right.
Variety Pack Single-Serve Whey Protein Stick Packets is designed to make protein intake simple, effective, and refreshing. Each single-serve protein stick pack provides 10.5g of high-quality whey protein isolate per serving—the gold standard for complete protein.
Meeting protein needs can be especially challenging for bariatric patients, older adults, and individuals on GLP-1 medications. Reduced appetite, smaller portion sizes, and digestive sensitivities often make it difficult to get enough protein through meals alone. Without intentional strategies, this can put muscle mass and overall nutrition at risk.
Stick packs are perfectly portioned for small, frequent servings of high-quality protein to help stimulate muscle protein synthesis throughout the day, enhance satiety, stabilize blood glucose, and preserve lean body mass. Enjoying 20-30 grams of protein every 3-4 hours is most effective in protecting muscle and supporting metabolic health.1-4*
Protein Stick Pack Box is available in 8 different flavors, including Lemon Lime, Chocolate, Vanilla, Unflavored, Strawberry, Chicken Soup, French Onion, Beef & Herb, and Classics Sweet and Savory Variety Pack.
Trusted by healthcare professionals, Unjury makes protein convenient, gentle, and affordable—helping you stay nourished at every stage of your health journey.
