Clacium Citrate plus chewable

I like these however I am not crazy about the grit that seems to stay in my mouth after taking I find I need to rinse my mouth out but then I am afraid I am rinsing away the calcium I need. My doctor (Bariatric Surgeon has told us to stay away from gummies. I would like to know if the soft chews work as well but again I would need to take more of those as the serving size on those is only one which delivers 500 mg of calcium.
