From our Bariatric Recipe Pantry, try this great tasting Steak, Zoodles & Sweet Potato Meal.
All you need:
- 6 oz sirloin steak
- 1 bag zucchini noodles
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp olive oil
1. Grill steak to desired internal temperature (shown in picture medium-rare, 130-135°F)
2. Dice sweet potato into small cubes.
3. In a small pan with olive oil, add zucchini noodles and cubed sweet potato. Season vegetables. Cook until tender and lightly browned.
4. Portion meal to meet bariatric needs
