Bariatric Recipes - Avocado Cream Dip

From our Bariatric Recipe Pantry, try this great tasting Avocado Cream Dip. 

All you need: 

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 jalapeño
  • 6 oz low-fat, plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • Juice of lime


1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender until smooth consistency. 

2. Serve with vegetables as a dip OR as an accent to salmon, chicken, etc.

3. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
