This great tasting avocado cream dip can be eaten as a dip or added as a condiment to a meal.
Ingredients
2 avocados
2 garlic cloves
1/2 jalapeño
6 oz low-fat, plain Greek yogurt
1/8 tsp salt
Juice of lime
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender until smooth consistency.
Serve as a dip OR as an accent to a meal.
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
