Bring the water to a boil. Once boiling, turn the heat off and cover the pot. Wait 15 minutes and then transfer the eggs to an ice bath. Once cool, peel the eggs and halve them lengthwise. Remove the yolks and transfer them to a small bowl, setting aside the whites. Add the yogurt, mustard, avocado, and lemon juice with the yolks and mash.
