With alternative ingredients, you can make this healthy version of spinach artichoke dip!
Ingredients
14 oz can of artichoke hearts in water
8 oz of part-skim, low-moisture mozzarella
8 oz of shredded parmesan cheese
1 tbsp hot sauce
8 oz soft, silken tofu
2 cups spinach
16 oz low-fat Greek yogurt
2 tsp minced garlic
Directions
Dice up the artichoke hearts.
In a large bowl, use a hand mixer on low speed to mix the artichokes, mozzarella, parmesan cheese, hot sauce, tofu, spinach, yogurt, and garlic powder.
After everything is mixed, heat the dip on the stove, in the microwave, or in a slow cooker until the cheese is melted.
Serve with a side of vegetables or whole grain crackers.
