4-8 ounces low-sodium bone broth (chicken or vegetable)
Instructions: pour 4-8 ounces of chicken broth in shaker cup and heat up for about 40 seconds in microwave (or until the broth reaches 140°F or less - protein will clump at high temperatures above 140°F) then add chicken soup protein powder, give it a shake, and enjoy (be cautious when opening lid of shaker cup due to pressure from heat, may cause a mess).
