A ricotta bake is a quick meal that can be great for a pureed, soft, or regular diet. Play around with different spices based on your liking.
Ingredients
1/8 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
1 tbsp reduced-fat, mild cheddar, shredded cheese
1/4 egg
1/8 tsp ground thyme
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp dried basil
Directions
Set the oven to 350°F.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until smooth.
Scoop into small ramekin dish.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted.
Optional - Add 1 tbsp of marinara on top of the ricotta bake.
