Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, sift together almond flour and baking powder. Add the yogurt to the flour mixture. Use your hands to knead the dough until fully combined, then shape into a ball. Lightly flour a surface and use a rolling pin to roll out the dough into a thin rectangular shape. To make the filling, combine the monk fruit sweetener, olive oil, and cinnamon in a small bowl until a paste forms. Slice into 6 even cinnamon buns, the arrange onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges begin to brown.
